Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Juno Beach, FL

Position Specific Description
Candidate must be a relationship builder that excels with minimal guidance in delivering IT projects on time. Must be a certified scrum master with at least 1 year of hands-on agile delivery experience with scrum/Kanban teams. The candidate must have working experience with Jira, Confluence and other relevant tools to facilitate collaboration with team members and liaison between the technical team members and user community. Must have good oral and written presentation (PowerPoint) skills. Good people skills are critical. Must be proactive, with a bias for action. Exposure to Scaled Agile practice a plus.
Desired Skills:
Close collaboration with offshore\nearshore scrum master.
Align offshore\nearshore and onshore scrum teams with enterprise PIs and Sprints.
Anticipate needs for coming PI and populate backlog accordingly.
Creates a product roadmap, coaches the writing of value-driven user stories, features, and epics, and maintains a well-refined backlog
Experience with Office 365 suite, including Teams and SharePoint, a plus
Experience with Service Now a plus
Experience with Power BI a plus
Basic understanding of AWS Cloud, DevOps and database technology a plus
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Organizes and facilitates work planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint and release planning
Facilitates collaboration for both internal and external teams, resolving conflict, removing impediments, and reducing external dependencies
Coaches team members and stakeholders in preparation for Scrum ceremonies and events and in goal attainment
Coaches team in Agile sizing techniques, makes appropriate and realistic commitments, and works closely with Product Owners
Uses the Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool to prepare, communicate, and share team metrics and delivery results
Creates a product roadmap, coaches the writing of value-driven user stories, features, and epics, and maintains a well-refined backlog
Provides regular feedback to the Agile Transformation Team about new insights and lessons learned from team experiences
Embraces servant leadership and displays behaviors that come with the key mindset shifts associated with being Agile
Keeps informed and educated about industry trends concerning Agile methodologies
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
