Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and deployment across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to Salesforce development teams.
  • Design and oversee integrations with enterprise applications using APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and architects to define scalable solutions.
  • Drive Agile delivery, CI/CD processes, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Ensure platform security, performance, data integrity, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce security model.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Proven experience leading global or enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
