Responsibilities
- Develop custom APIs to serve as connectors for various third-party applications
- Create front end widgets on the ServiceNow platform
- Collaborate with clients to gather and clarify API requirements
- Communicate directly with third-party teams to ensure alignment on specifications
- Work under project timelines and client expectations with maturity
- Maintain attention to detail in technical and communication tasks
- Participate in onboarding procedures including compliance with travel documentation requirements
- Adapt to high-pressure situations and deliver quality solutions
- Document API endpoints and workflows for internal and external use
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to API integrations
- Coordinate with software engineering and test teams to ensure quality delivery
- Support continuous improvement in API design and integration processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow developer with a focus on custom API creation
- Strong skills in JavaScript and API development
- Experience working in client-facing roles with effective communication
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and third-party teams
- Demonstrated capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail in technical and communication tasks
- Maturity and professionalism in a demanding project environment
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
