We have an immediate opening for a ServiceNow Architect to serve as the technical lead and product architect for enterprise ServiceNow solutions supporting a federal program.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and product architect for ServiceNow-based solutions
• Own end-to-end application architecture including data models, integrations, automation, security, and platform configuration
• Design and deliver custom and scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform
• Architect and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into scalable, compliant solutions
• Present and evangelize solutions to architecture guilds and leadership
• Develop epics and user stories in partnership with Scrum Masters
• Lead technical Agile ceremonies, including demos to Product Owners and stakeholders
• Mentor developers and testers while fostering a collaborative team environment
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Identify architectural risks, technical debt, compliance gaps, and remediation strategies
• Review cybersecurity assessments and static code analysis findings
• Stay current on ServiceNow platform capabilities and industry trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• 7+ years of relevant experience
• 4+ years working in Agile Scrum environments
• Strong background working within cross-functional teams

Technical Expertise:

• ServiceNow application design, configuration, and scripting
• Data modeling, access controls, and platform security
• Integration architecture (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Servers)
• Ability to guide Agile teams through technical decision-making and issue resolution
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Experience

• Contributing to program-level architecture and platform standards
• ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
• Designing, developing, and delivering multiple ServiceNow scoped applications

Clearance & Background Requirements

-Must be able to pass a federal background investigation, including:

• 3-year felony conviction check
• 1-year illegal drug use check
• 1-year misconduct check (e.g., theft, fraud)
