SR Project Manager (CCTV)

Physical Security Systems (CCTV & ACAMS)
Understanding of enterprise CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring platforms, including cameras, readers, controllers, and sensors
Ability to work project SME to plan and govern coverage, retention, credentialing, and alarm workflows in active airport environments
Video Management & Recording
Knowledge of VMS platforms, recording architectures (centralized, distributed, edge), and user access models
Ability to work project SME on video performance tradeoffs (resolution, frame rate, compression, retention)
Servers & Compute
Familiarity with physical and virtual server environments, clustering, and high?availability concepts
Storage Systems
Understanding of video storage architectures (DAS, SAN, NAS) and write?intensive workloads
Ability to work project SME to address capacity planning for retention, redundancy, and future growth
Network & Connectivity
Working knowledge of IP video networking, PoE, bandwidth planning, and VLAN segmentation
Ability to work project SME on awareness of redundancy and survivability requirements across terminals and remote facilities
System Integration
Understanding of CCTV ? Access Control ? Alarm ? SOC integrations and event?driven workflows
Cybersecurity for Physical Security Systems
Awareness of or ability to work project SME on hardening, patching, and access control best practices for security systems
Coordination with IT/security teams on network isolation, monitoring, and audit readiness
High Availability & Operations
Ability to work project SME on resilient architectures, failover recording, and disaster recovery concepts
Planning maintenance and upgrades to support 24x7 airport operations with minimal disruption
Testing, Commissioning & Go?Live
Oversight of FAT/SAT, performance testing, and alarm validation across large estates
Structured cutover, training, documentation, and operational handoff planning.
