Pay Rate: $40/hr to $50.00/hr

About the Role
- You ll support hiring for cloud and analytics teams, with a strong
- focus on Software Development Engineers (SDE II & III). This is a
- full-cycle recruiting role where you ll manage sourcing through offer stage and work closely with hiring managers.
What You ll Do
- Source candidates using job boards, tools, and recruiting platforms
- Conduct phone screens and manage candidate pipelines
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer processes
- Partner with stakeholders and manage multiple requisitions
- Drive sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes

Required Experience
- 3+ years (Recruiter II) or 7+ years (Recruiter III) of technical recruiting
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing
- Recent experience hiring for software engineering roles (SDE preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
Preferred
- Bachelor s degree
- Experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and data tracking
- Proven ability to build pipelines and deliver results independently
