Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses, Financial Hub).
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Guide best practices for Oracle Fusion Financials implementation and integration.
Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during and after implementation.
Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and workflows.
Train and mentor internal teams on Oracle Fusion Financial functionalities.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls within the system design.
Support post-implementation activities, including enhancements and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in Oracle Financials, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Proven experience in implementing and supporting GL, AP, AR, FA, Expenses, and Financial Hub modules.
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Hands-on experience with data migration, integrations, and reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
