Helo,

We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead with 8-12 years of experience to support Pharma Commercial - Patient Strategy and Patient Services initiatives.

Role Highlights:

Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering Patient Services / Patient Strategy solutions
Work on programs such as patient onboarding, benefits investigation, adherence & persistence, and patient support services (PSP/HUB models)
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and enable end-to-end delivery in a regulated pharma commercial environment
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, IT, Compliance, and external HUB vendors
Ensure alignment with HIPAA/GDPR, consent management, and MLR processes

Ideal Background:

8+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
Hands-on experience in pharma commercial or patient services programs
Strong understanding of patient services workflows
Excellent stakeholder and facilitation skills
Exposure to Salesforce Health/Service Cloud, Veeva CRM, or patient HUB integrations is a plus
