We are seeking an experienced Foundry Workshop Developer to design, develop, and integrate mission-facing applications within the Army Vantage / Palantir Foundry environment.
The developer will build operational applications, dashboards, workflows, and user-facing capabilities leveraging Foundry Workshop, Slate, Ontology, React/TypeScript, and Java. The role will work closely with Data/ML Engineers and integration teams to expose analytical, predictive, and operational capabilities through intuitive mission applications.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience developing applications in Palantir Foundry, particularly Workshop and Ontology, and understands how frontend applications, backend services, APIs, data products, and analytical capabilities work together.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional application-development experience, including experience supporting analytical, reporting, operational, or data-driven environments.
Demonstrated experience with application development and integration.
Hands-on or strong working knowledge of Palantir Foundry application development.
Experience with Foundry Workshop and operational workflow development.
Experience with Foundry Slate or comparable Foundry application-development capabilities.
Understanding of Palantir Ontology and ontology-based application development.
Experience with React and TypeScript.
Experience with Java application development.
Understanding of frontend/backend architecture and how applications integrate with APIs, data platforms, and analytical services.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, and refine enterprise applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
