Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and recommend configuration changes that improve processes and user experience.

Produce reporting support, fulfill data-related requests, and contribute to automation efforts that streamline routine work.

Maintain operational procedures, governance records, and compliance documentation tied to the core banking environment.

Support connectivity and data exchange between Symitar and other financial systems to ensure dependable integrations.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience supporting Symitar within a credit union, bank, or comparable financial services setting.

Working knowledge of banking or credit union operations and how core systems support day-to-day business functions.

Hands-on background in system administration, permissions management, issue resolution, and application maintenance.

Ability to document business requirements and translate them into practical configuration or process improvements.

Experience with configuration management practices and structured system support methodologies.

Familiarity with SQL and Power BI for reporting, data analysis, or operational insight generation.

Exposure to PowerOn, SymConnect, batch processing, or similar Symitar-related tools is preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
