Summary

We are looking for Business Analyst - Insurance Domain for our client in Cleveland OH.

Job Title: Business Analyst - Insurance Domain

Job Location: Cleveland OH

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $35.00hr - $40.00hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in business or technology analysis.
  • Broad technology and analysis experience including facilitation with large stakeholder groups.
  • Experience managing the complete requirements lifecycle.
  • Ability to conduct structured analysis using both quantitative and qualitative techniques.
  • Experience analyzing data and application suites.
  • Experience working on various solution domains such as web, data, transactional, and packaged applications.
  • Understanding of data architecture to navigate ambiguous requests and suggest solutions.
  • Ability to translate complexity into consumable requirements.
  • Ability to independently analyze and manage time for working on multiple efforts simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform project level scope decomposition and planning.
  • Conduct detailed requirements elicitation and documentation for users, data, UI apps, and APIs.
  • Identify and manage cross functional team dependencies.
  • Facilitate meetings with large groups and executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with Asset Suite Lead to adhere to core requirement standards.
  • Facilitate user story mapping sessions to align cross-functional teams on user journeys, scope boundaries, and delivery sequencing.
  • Apply AI-assisted tooling to accelerate requirements analysis, documentation, and insight generation across the product lifecycle.
  • Partner with the business to understand business needs and outcomes.
  • Translate business outcomes into solution requirements using techniques such as facilitation and visual management.
  • Solve problems using a collaborative style.
  • Engage in work efforts at all scales ranging from minor defect fixes and enhancements to development of new applications.
