Job Description-

• Proficiency (3 plus years) in Python and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent).
• Hands-on experience developing prompt chains or generative workflows using OpenAI or similar APIs.
• Understanding of AI governance, model uncertainty, and prompt versioning best practices.

Job Description:

• Expert in at least one technology and design technique as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for large-scale programs (e.g., Expert Engineers), starting to be firm-wide resources working on projects across Client
• Is multi-skilled with expertise acrossthe software development lifecycle and toolset
• May be recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks
• Sought out as a coach for at least one technical skill
• Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, Cloud Development, resiliency, security
• Stays abreast of cutting-edge technologies/trends and uses experience to influence application of those technologies/trends to support the business; may give speeches and outside the firm writes articles

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI workflows using Python and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain or similar) to automate generation tasks across multiple domains.
• Design and refine prompts for large language models, optimizing for accuracy, tone, and consistency across use cases.
• Integrate LLMs with existing systems and data sources within secure, cloud-hosted environments (e.g., AWS or equivalent).
• Implement quality controls and human-in-the-loop mechanisms to ensure compliance and reproducibility of results.
• Document processes and frameworks, supporting governance, version control, and knowledge transfer across teams.
• Additional Skills:

• Strong communication and documentation skills, especially for cross-functional collaboration with product, risk, and compliance teams
