Role: Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ

Duration: 12+ months

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the technical design, system integration, and architectural governance of our Salesforce ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution—translating complex requirements into scalable, robust enterprise solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and developers to ensure adherence to best practices, platform governor limits, and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

·       Architecture & Strategy: Drive the end-to-end technical architecture, system design, and data model for enterprise Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Revenue Cloud).

·       Technical Leadership: Guide engineering teams through build vs. buy decisions, integration strategies, and technical debt management while enforcing architectural patterns.

·       Integration & Security: Design secure REST/SOAP integrations, event-driven architectures (e.g., MuleSoft, platform events), and identity management/SSO protocols.

·       Governance & Standards: Establish release management frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards (Apex, LWC, metadata management).

·       Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, presenting technical roadmaps, risk assessments, and architectural solution options.

Required Qualifications & Skills

·       Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 3+ years in a Solution or Technical Architect role.

Certifications:

·       Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.

·       Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform Developer.

Core Technical Competencies:

·       Deep expertise in Salesforce core data modeling, security/sharing models, and Apex/LWC development patterns.

·       Strong knowledge of integration patterns (middleware, API-led connectivity, asynchronous messaging).

·       Proven experience with DevOps, ALM practices, and tools (Gearset, Copado, Git).

·       Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and governor limit remediation strategies.
