Mobile App Developer - Direct Hire (Onsite in Woodbury, MN | Up to $85,000 Annually)
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail oriented, and results driven Mobile App Developer to support the development and enhancement of mobile applications for both iOS and Android. This direct hire role requires strong communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality solutions in a fast paced, service oriented environment. You will collaborate with technology teams to establish best practices, define standards, and provide optimized technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop new features and functionality for iOS and Android applications
- Support and enhance existing mobile app features
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues
- Monitor mobile application performance and respond to issues proactively
- Perform ongoing maintenance, updates, and version improvements
- Manage releases to the iOS App Store and Google Play Store
- Create and manage push notification workflows
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing and releasing consumer mobile apps for both iOS and Android
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Strong understanding of mobile and client server architecture
- 3+ years of experience with C# and .NET
- Experience with Xamarin or .NET MAUI
- Firebase experience for notification delivery
- Strong UI/UX awareness, including adapting layouts across multiple screen sizes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience working with asynchronous processes and multithreading
- Strong debugging skills, including logging and error handling
- Familiarity with Google Play and iOS App Store review processes
- Experience with Apple provisioning profiles, certificates, and keys
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with quick turnaround expectations
