Summary

Job Title: Oracle Xstore SME

Location: Canada, Remote

W2 Pay Rate- $50/hr.

Note: This is for only Canada

Shift Preference: Candidate must be flexible to support UK time zone (based on project needed). Must be flexible to support Weekdays (offshore hours) and Weekend on call

Key Responsibilities:

L3 Production Support

Own & resolve complex L3 Xstore incidents across EU clients
Lead RCA investigations; present findings to customer leadership
Drive permanent fixes to eliminate recurring issues
Manage escalations; final tech point before Oracle SR

Customer & Team

Primary technical contact for European retail accounts
Present solutions, RCAs & config change proposals to stakeholders
Lead & mentor L3 Xstore support engineering team
Own technical sign-off for Xstore production config changes (CAB)

Mandatory Requirements:

8+ yrs IT experience; 5+ yrs Oracle Xstore support/IMPL
Xstore v21+ — mandatory, must be verifiable
Min. 2 Xstore support engagements + 2 rollout projects
European market deployment experience
Proven Xstore config changes: promotions, EFT Link, fiscal, SQL fixes
RCA presentation to manager/director-level customers

Preferred:

Team management (5+ engineers, 24/7 support model)
Multi-country EU rollouts with fiscal & payment compliance
Xstore upgrade experience (v17/v18/v19 → v21+)

Certifications:

Oracle Xstore POS certification (highly desirable)
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation | PCI-DSS awareness (preferred)
