Responsibilities for these positions include, but are not limited to:

1. AI Subject Matter Expert

• Provide expertise across data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and AI solutions.
• Support production AI/ML initiatives.
• Provide expertise in generative AI and agentic AI.
• Support AI consulting and technical activities.

Required Qualifications:

• 18+ years of experience in data, analytics, and AI.
• 8+ years of production AI/ML experience.
• 3+ years of generative AI and agentic AI experience.
• M.S. in Computer Science or Data Science.
• IAPP AIGP.
• ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer.
• Azure AI Engineer Associate or AWS ML Specialty.

2. Engagement Lead & AI Governance/Risk Lead

• Lead technology governance, risk, and advisory activities.
• Lead assessments within regulated environments.
• Support AI and data governance initiatives.
• Provide engagement leadership and responsible AI/risk guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• 20+ years of technology governance, risk, and advisory experience.
• 10+ years leading assessments in regulated entities.
• 5+ years of AI or data governance experience.
• M.B.A., M.P.P., or J.D.
• PMP.
• CISA or CRISC.
• IAPP AIGP or CIPP/US.
• ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Auditor.
• CGEIT.

3. Enterprise Architecture & Data Readiness Lead

• Lead enterprise architecture and data management activities.
• Support data governance and platform assessments.
• Assess organizational readiness for AI enablement.
• Provide architecture and data-readiness guidance.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of enterprise architecture and data management experience.
• 7+ years of data governance and platform assessment experience.
• 3+ years of AI enablement readiness experience.
• M.S. in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• TOGAF.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• CDMP or DGSP.
• M365 Administrator Expert.

4. Organizational Change & Workforce Readiness Lead

• Lead organizational change and workforce strategy initiatives.
• Support technology adoption programs.
• Assess workforce impacts associated with AI and automation.
• Support change, adoption, learning, and workforce-readiness activities.

Required Qualifications:

• 14+ years of organizational change and workforce strategy experience.
• 6+ years of technology adoption program experience.
• 3+ years of AI or automation workforce-impact experience.
• M.A. in Organizational Psychology or M.S. in Organization Development.
• Prosci Change Practitioner or CCMP.
• SHRM-SCP.
• Section 508 training.
