Primary Skills

• PC Insurance Domain experience Handson automation experience with Selenium or Katalon
• Strong Knowledge on P and C Insurance Domain
• Minimum Experience 10 yrs in Software Testing Quality Assurance
• Should be able to Develop and execute test cases scripts plans and procedures manual and automated Should be able to review test cases following the review process
• Should possess strong analytical problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with quick adaptation to new technology methodologies and systems
• Should be able to triage Defects and perform Root Cause analysis on Defects
• Proficient in Test Management Tools Rally, JIRA.
• Should have Detailed and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Respond to all requests from internal and client team members in a timely professional manner
• Comfortable in handling Automation as well as Manual test case execution
• Mentor Test Team and coordinate with
• Experience in Framework Designing
• Evaluate and suggest frameworks that are fit for purpose to expand the automation suite architecture
• Identify Test Scenarios for automation
• Build Maintain Automated Test Scripts and also prepare Test Results Reports and Publish them
• Should be able to track the Project Metrics relevant to Automation and also prepare Test Strategy Plans to achieve the milestone on time

Must Have

• Selenium or Katalon hands on experience along with Framework design
• API test Hands on Experience
• Hands on experience with CICD pipeline implementation SCM Tool Jenkins GIT
• Well versed with Agile Methodology
• Sound Knowledge of Testing Framework
• Sound knowledge on Database concepts and hands on writing basiccomplex SQL queries
• Good Experience in handling headless Automation

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSRESPONSIBILITIES

• Works within QA team to develop and implement automation scripts
• Participates in functional walkthroughs
• Participates in the analysis of new requirements and uses cases to develop test approach and deliverables test approach architecture scenarios test conditions test cases test data and expected results
• Conducts adhoc and exploratory testing
• Participates in the development of test coverage approach and maintains test plan in test management tool
• Develops custom tools utilities or approaches as required to test the application and features for functional and nonfunctional requirements
• Evaluates system behaviour prior to and during load tests
• Enter test cases analyzes results and documents defects in defect tracking tool
• Participates in the release management and quality process to validate those solutions meet business requirements
• Participates in quality management reviews as outlined in the Quality Management practice to ensure adherence to all quality management plans and standards
• Perform other related activities and duties as required
