Contract Duration: starting at 12+ Months up to 24 months (possible FTE)

We are seeking a Senior Lead Cyber Security Research Consultant specializing in Attack Surface Intelligence. This role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and monitoring external and internal attack surfaces to proactively reduce organizational cyber risk. The consultant will lead research initiatives, provide strategic insights, and partner with security, engineering, and risk teams. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead research and analysis of organizational attack surface exposures
  • Identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and emerging threats
  • Monitor digital footprint including domains, IPs, cloud assets, and third-party risks
  • Deliver actionable intelligence and risk prioritization
  • Collaborate with Cyber Defense, Threat Intelligence, and Engineering teams
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance security posture
  • Support incident response and investigations when needed
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in Cybersecurity, Threat Intelligence, or Security Research
  • Strong understanding of attack surface management & adversary tactics
  • Experience with OSINT, ASM/EASM tools, and vulnerability analysis
  • Knowledge of network, cloud, and application security
  • Ability to translate findings into business risk impact
  • Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills
