Why is This a Great Opportunity
The Client wants to bring in an external UKG expert to review how they've set up and are using the system in all areas of HR and Human Capital Management (Recruiting and processes, Benefits, Compensation, Training, Onboarding and Offboarding, Leave and Disability, etc.) This will help fix gaps, reduce risk, maintain consistencies, automate all entries for all users, and make sure they're getting the full value from what they're already paying for.
The Contractor will help streamline and automate key HR processes - like recruiting, leave tracking, performance approvals, reporting, and open enrollment - so they will reduce errors, save time, and create more consistent experiences for employees and managers. They won't just get ideas - they'll get a prioritized roadmap with clear next steps. The outcome is better data, stronger compliance, improved employee experience, and a more efficient HR operation that can scale with the business.
