About this Position:

Job Title: Senior Application Developer

Preferred/nice to have skills:

Experience in judicial, government, or public sector environments.
Experience with data warehouse architecture (star/snowflake schema), Power BI backend optimization, .NET application data access patterns, Always On Availability Groups, Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with Imperva or similar security appliances.
Experience cleaning legacy data structures across multiple counties or jurisdictions.

Required education and/or certifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
15+ years of experience with application development.
15+ years of experience 4GL/model-driven environments.
15+ years of experience SQL Server / T-SQL.
15+ years of experience debugging and problem-solving skills.
15+ years of experience with API integrations (Rest, Windows Services, MicroServices, XML, Soap).
10+ years of experience maintaining legacy or enterprise systems.
5+ years of experience in State court case management and jury management systems.

Preferred education and/or certifications:

Generated languages (C++, Java, or .NET from Plex).
Batch processing and transactional systems.
Data warehousing environments.
Case lifecycle (filed pending disposed).
Court performance metrics (backlog, clearance rates).
