Compliance & Permitting: Maintain strict adherence to FMCSA regulations and statespecific LCV length and weight permits.

Stability Management: Monitor and adjust driving behavior to mitigate the "crack-thewhip" effect and ensure stability during braking and cornering.

Requirements:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Certification: Must possess (or be eligible to obtain) an LCV Driver Training

preventable accidents within the last 3-5 years.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the "Bridge Formula" and axle weight

distribution for multi-trailer setups

PHYSICAL EFFORT:

Ability to manually maneuver converter dollies (often 300+ lbs).

Ability to work in all weather conditions to perform coupling/uncoupling and chain-ups

as required.

Capacity to perform frequent climbing and bending during the assembly of units.
