SAP GTS Consultant

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP GTS Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Global Trade Services and SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI). The consultant will support upgrade initiatives, GTS process design, testing, and go-live activities while working closely with business stakeholders.

Required Experience

• 10+ years of SAP experience

• Strong expertise in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS)

• Experience with SAP HANA Cloud Integration (HCI)

• Experience in HANA upgrade version projects

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze upgrade impact on GTS processes and interfaces

• Remediate deprecated functionalities and align with S/4HANA simplifications

• Prepare and execute test cases for foreign trade processes

• Define and execute cutover activities for the GTS stream

• Ensure readiness of compliance checks and customs documentation

• Design, configure, and implement SAP GTS processes from order creation to final payment

• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into functional and technical solutions

• Develop functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, and forms

• Create detailed project documentation

• Create test scenarios and support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing

• Support successful go-live activities

• Troubleshoot critical production issues and defects within SAP GTS

• Provide user training and ongoing business support
