**100% Remote**
Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Product Manager. As a Product Manager for ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD), you will lead the strategic vision and execution of HR initiatives on the ServiceNow platform. Your role will focus on enhancing the employee experience, streamlining HR operations, and delivering scalable, user-friendly digital solutions. You will also serve as the Product Manager for Foundational Reporting, ensuring robust data insights and analytics.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $80 - $90 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmapping:
- Define and evolve the HRSD product vision in alignment with enterprise HR goals.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps emphasizing automation, self-service, and experience design.
- Shape strategies for employee journeys, AI enrichment, and reporting capabilities.
Platform Optimization:
- Lead the setup of Employee Relations modules, reporting, access management, and data integrations.
- Define and deliver operational reporting for contact centers and leadership teams, including metrics on sentiment, feedback, and call types.
- Build trending analytics to monitor performance and user journey experiences.
- Leverage out-of-the-box reporting modules, including Performance Analytics dashboards.
- Write scripts (e.g., TypeScript) and explore App Engine capabilities (pending license availability).
- Define reporting requirements, data models, and insight delivery mechanisms across HRSD and employee experience domains.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Partner with HR, IT, Talent, and Legal to understand pain points and align product features with business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver holistic solutions.
- Communicate product insights and performance metrics to leadership and cross-functional teams.
Delivery & Execution:
- Manage agile delivery teams to execute backlog items with a focus on quality and employee experience.
- Ensure successful rollouts, testing, and adoption of new HRSD functionalities.
- Define broad solutions in ambiguous environments, bringing clarity and structure to complex problems.
Innovation & Automation:
- Identify automation opportunities using AI tools within the platform to reduce manual workload.
- Champion Now Assist, virtual agent capabilities, proactive prompts, and lifecycle orchestration.
- Drive enrichment of employee journeys through AI, enhancing personalization and reducing friction.
Experience Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow HRSD platform and modules, including Employee Relations, Reporting, and access management.
- Experience with case management, lifecycle orchestration, and employee/manager portals.
- Proven ability to manage complex digital products in an agile environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with tools and workflows that support scalable, intelligent HR service delivery.
- Experience with reporting frameworks, scripting (e.g., TypeScript), and ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Ability to define and deliver operational and strategic reporting for HR and leadership stakeholders.
