Summary

Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Azure / Entra Identity Engineer to support and operate enterprise identity services across Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-prem Active Directory. This role focuses on identity platform operations, access control, and application integrations in a large Azure environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support Microsoft Entra ID and on-prem Active Directory
Strong hands-on experience operating Microsoft Entra ID in a production enterprise environment
Troubleshoot authentication, login, and access issues
Work with Conditional Access and MFA (troubleshooting and coordination with security teams)
Manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and role assignments
Support Azure RBAC (resource groups, subscriptions, access requests)
Configure and support SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
Manage app registrations, service principals, secrets, and certificates
Support application onboarding and access issues
Support Entra B2B and B2C configurations
- Guest access and external collaboration
- External identity integrations
Monitor service health, respond to incidents, and support audits

Required Qualifications

5-8+ years experience with Identity / Directory Services
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Active Directory (on-prem)
Experience with:
- PIM and Azure RBAC
- SSO integrations (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
- App registrations and service principals
- Identity troubleshooting in production environments
