Job Description:
· We are looking for professionals with a strong blend of Full-Stack Software Engineering and Applied AI expertise.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, AI, or a related field, with 10+ years of experience in Applied AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, and Digital Transformation.
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions, including Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, Intelligent Automation, and AI-powered applications, with a track record of driving business value from concept through production.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Java, React JS, PyTorch, SQL, OpenAI APIs, Fast API, Flask, Stream lit, REST APIs, Docker, and modern application architectures.
• Experience building scalable AI platforms, integrating LLMs into business applications, developing agentic workflows, and deploying secure, production-grade AI solutions.
• Deep understanding of Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform, along with Mlops, AI governance, Responsible AI, enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and model lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional Agile teams, driving innovation, shaping AI strategy, and engaging stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, payer/provider, or other highly regulated industries.
