The IT Strategic Sourcing Analyst Senior is responsible for executing procurement processes including, negotiations with vendors across all spend levels, focusing on high-complexity IT goods and services contracts.

responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of contract negotiations, including partnering with internal stakeholders, Legal, Information Security, Risk & Vendors to facilitate and complete the contract (new engagement/renewal)
- Handle all administrative tasks (Coupa, Excel spreadsheet, Status Updates, Reporting, etc.). required
- The contractor will develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, business and platforms)
*Identify opportunities for savings
qualifications:
- Basic understanding of negotiating software
- Understanding and familiarity with standard contracts and contract terms (MSA/PSA, SaaS Agreements, SOW, Order Forms, Indemnity, Service Level Agreements, etc.)
*Ability to research and maintain awareness of emerging technology terms and concepts
-Analysis and problem-solving skills
*Technically Proficient: Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, One Note, Coupa
- High degree of Attention to Details, Organizational skills, and ability to work on multiple projects and/or assignment simultaneously
- Listening, verbal and written communications skills with the ability to present information to internal teams
Ability to manage negotiations for multiple contracts concurrently.
Bonus Experience or Skillset:
- Telecom contract experience (in case these contracts become available to work on)
- AI Legal experience could be a bonus skill set
-Minimum of 7 years related IT work experience (e.g. IT Sourcing, IT Contracts, IT Vendor Relationships).
-{OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in a business, legal, or IT related discipline (e.g., MIS, Business Management, Supply Chain/Procurement) and a minimum of 4 years of related IT work experience (e.g. IT Sourcing, IT Contracts, IT Vendor Relationships).
