Job Overview:
This SharePoint - Intermediate role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint-based solutions that support business processes and collaboration needs.   • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Support the build and integration of communications and learning processes into the Legal Ease platform.
  • Implement and support Agile practices within the team, participating in ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Leverage techniques such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery to streamline build, test, and deployment pipelines.
  • Incorporate Test Driven Development principles where appropriate to improve code quality and maintainability.
  • Develop cloud-ready and cloud-native SharePoint solutions with a focus on application resiliency, performance, and security.
  • Use one or more general-purpose programming languages to extend SharePoint functionality and integrate with other systems.
  • Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration details, and user guides.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business users.
  • Utilize PowerPoint to prepare and deliver presentations, status updates, and training materials for stakeholders and end users.
  • Leverage Power Apps to build or enhance low-code applications that complement SharePoint solutions.
  • Adhere to established coding standards, security guidelines, and governance policies for SharePoint and related technologies.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in SharePoint development, including experience with SharePoint features, workflows, lists, libraries, and custom components.
  • Working proficiency with the SharePoint toolset to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within at least one common Agile framework (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
  • Solid understanding of modern engineering practices such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Test Driven Development.
  • Experience with cloud development concepts and building resilient, secure applications in cloud or hybrid environments.
  • Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages (such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar) used in SharePoint and related development.
  • Working proficiency across key software engineering disciplines, including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
  • Experience with Power Apps for building or extending business applications is preferred.
  • Ability to create clear, concise PowerPoint presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in SharePoint and integrated systems.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and Agile teams.
  • Comfortable working in a casual dress code environment while maintaining professionalism and accountability.

Pay Range: $45/hr - $50/hr
