The client is seeking a Tax Specialist on a 6-month contract to support Capital Markets regulatory client outreach focused on tax documentation and data quality across the client lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client outreach to collect and refresh tax forms and regulatory documentation
- Investigate and resolve missing or inaccurate tax/regulatory data in book-of-record systems
- Partner with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Tax teams
- Maintain trackers, meet SLAs, and ensure regulatory adherence
- Support BAU work and global regulatory remediation initiatives
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to tax workstream training
Must Haves
- 5+ years of Capital Markets experience (Compliance, Tax Ops, Client Onboarding, or Operations)
- Strong knowledge of institutional Capital Markets products and clients
- Hands-on regulatory client outreach and remediation experience
- Strong understanding of FATCA, CRS, QI, and Section 871(m)
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
