Summary

We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer with hands-on experience in building and maintaining enterprise-level web applications using Adobe Experience Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AEM components, templates, and integrations, along with a solid foundation in Java-based web development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / AEM as a Cloud Service)
Develop AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows
Integrate AEM with third-party services and APIs
Work with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks) to deliver responsive UI
Customize and extend AEM workflows, DAM, and content services
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of AEM applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX, DevOps, QA, Product Owners)
Follow best practices in code quality, security, and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Assets, Workflows)
Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, and JCR (Java Content Repository)
Experience with HTL (Sightly), JSP, Servlets
Good understanding of REST APIs and web services
Experience with frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular is a plus)
Knowledge of version control systems like Git
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins
Understanding of AEM architecture and deployment models

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Target, or Adobe Marketing Cloud
Exposure to Dispatcher configuration and caching strategies
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
AEM Developer/Architect certifications are a plus
