Report directly to the General Manager and Ownership, collaborating closely to identify and secure musical and entertainment talent that enhances programming and guest experiences.
Identify new programming initiatives and experiences, leading the planning and implementation process.
Design and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, social media, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Oversee the development of compelling content that highlights the property’s rooms, service, ambiance, and distinctive offerings.
Manage and optimize the organization’s online presence, including websites, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices within hospitality and restaurant marketing, introducing innovative ideas and strategies.
Foster a culture of creativity and collaboration within the marketing team, encouraging innovative thinking and fresh perspectives.
Mentor and develop marketing team members, supporting their professional growth and performance.
Collaborate with peer leadership teams to develop strategic recommendations and align on key organizational decisions.
Advise senior leadership on marketing strategy, program implementation, and communications.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
A strong and active presence on social media platforms is highly desirable.
Proven experience in a Marketing Director or comparable leadership role, ideally within the hospitality, restaurant, or lifestyle industry.
Deep understanding of modern marketing principles and strategies, with particular expertise in digital marketing and social media.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation systems, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
