Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead – Full Stack Development with strong hands-on expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Prisma ORM. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership while remaining actively involved in software design, development, code reviews, architecture, and production support.

The role requires a strong engineering mindset, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to lead development teams in delivering secure, scalable, high-performance applications.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Experience with React Query / TanStack Query.

·        Experience with Redux, Zustand, or equivalent state-management solutions.

·        Knowledge of GraphQL.

·        Experience with Redis and caching strategies.

·        Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.

·        Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native application development.

·        Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright.

·        Experience working with Nx, Turborepo, or other monorepo architectures.

Education & Experience

·        Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

·        12+ years of professional software development experience.

·        Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using React.js and Node.js.

·        Demonstrated experience with Next.js, Prisma, TypeScript, and relational databases.

·        Prior experience working as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Senior Full Stack Engineer.

·        Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and deliver enterprise-grade applications.
