We are seeking a Power Platform Program manager to lead a team of analysts and drive the adoption of low-code solutions across a major enterprise environment.

The Position

As the Program Manager for Business Enablement, you will bridge the gap between technical strategy and business needs. You will manage a technical support team, oversee a Community of Practice, and ensure the successful delivery of Power Platform training and governance.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Manage and develop a team of analysts in a matrixed staffing model.
Platform Governance: Establish best practices, security standards, and lifecycle processes for low-code solutions.
Hands-on Support: Build and troubleshoot Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows when needed.
Strategic Intake: Manage project prioritization, resource allocation, and program risks.
Adoption & Training: Lead workshops to empower business users to build their own apps and flows.

Required Skills & Experience

7+ Years in Technical Program Management or Enterprise Application Delivery.
7+ Years of proven experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
Leadership: Strong experience managing teams, strategy, and operations simultaneously.
Communication: Exceptional executive presentation skills and the ability to partner with senior leadership.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Governance, IT security, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Power BI or Dataverse.
Relevant Certifications (Power Platform or Azure).
Experience in change management or public-sector environments.
