Role Overview
We are seeking a Salesforce Lead to direct the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role involves providing technical leadership and hands-on development for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. The successful candidate will translate functional requirements into technical solutions and take ownership of end-to-end delivery while working onsite with business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and hands-on development across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms.
- Translate functional requirements into technical solutions, architecture, data models, and integration designs.
- Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Lead Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture.
- Review technical designs and code to ensure quality, scalability, security, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical standards.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
- Analyze production issues, provide root-cause analysis, and drive resolution of technical issues.
- Support release management, deployment, CI/CD, and environment management.
- Identify opportunities for automation, technical-debt reduction, and performance improvement.
- Work onsite with client teams, providing technical guidance during workshops, design discussions, and implementation.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills: Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, Salesforce APIs, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the DocuSign CLM product is an advantage.
- DocuSign certification is preferred.
