Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to build and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud technologies. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop secure, reliable, and enterprise-grade applications.

Required Skills:
- 6–8 years of experience in Java backend development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
- Experience designing and developing Microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
- Experience with Hibernate/JPA and ORM frameworks.
- Proficiency in SQL databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ for event-driven applications.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda) or Azure.
- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Strong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
- Exposure to Elasticsearch and Kibana.
- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, JWT, and Spring Security.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
