Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Develop scalable and reusable RESTful APIs and microservices.
Design and develop REST APIs following standard API design principles.
Work with JSON/XML payloads, HTTP methods, status codes, authentication, and authorization.
Use tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI and Postman for API documentation and validation.
Develop automated tests for REST APIs using frameworks such as REST Assured, JUnit, TestNG, or Cucumber.
Build and maintain automated regression suites for backend services.
Perform functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing.
Validate API requests, responses, schemas, business rules, database changes, and error scenarios.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Identify defects early through developer-level testing and automation.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and other stakeholders to improve overall product quality.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong programming experience in at least one language:
