Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design and develop scalable full-stack applications using Java, React, and supporting backend technologies.
- Implement complex user stories and technical solutions while collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and Agile teams.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot application issues, and support software quality, performance, and maintainability.
- Explore and implement new AI and generative AI capabilities to enhance enterprise applications and technical solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6–9 years of experience in full-stack software development, including Java, React, SQL Server, Kubernetes, PySpark, and AI-related technologies.

Technical Skills
|
Full Stack Java, React, SQL Server, Kubernetes, PySpark, GenAI Prompt Engineering, REST APIs, Cloud-Native Development

Business / Domain Skills
|
