HyperGen Inc. is seeking a senior-level PeopleSoft Project Manager / Delivery Lead to support a Higher Education PeopleSoft Fluid UI and Landing Page Redesign initiative.
This role will support a PeopleSoft user experience enhancement project focused on Fluid UI, homepage redesign, tile organization, navigation improvements, branding consistency, and overall usability enhancements leveraging delivered PeopleTools 8.62 functionality.
This is not a large ERP implementation role. We are looking for a strong PeopleSoft-focused PM with experience coordinating collaborative UX/UI enhancement initiatives within enterprise PeopleSoft environments.
Required Experience:
10+ years of PeopleSoft Project Management or Delivery Leadership experience
Experience supporting Higher Education PeopleSoft environments preferred
Experience supporting PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, or Interaction Hub
Experience supporting Fluid UI, homepage redesign, navigation enhancement, or user experience improvement initiatives
Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, design reviews, and collaborative project sessions
Experience managing remote or hybrid delivery teams
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
Familiarity with PeopleTools 8.5x / 8.6x environments
Preferred Experience:
PeopleTools 8.62 experience
Higher Education experience strongly preferred
Experience supporting configuration-driven enhancement efforts utilizing delivered functionality
Agile delivery experience preferred
PMP certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Facilitate stakeholder communication and status reporting
Support discovery, design, testing, deployment, and training activities
Coordinate collaborative design and review sessions
Manage project risks, issues, and action items
Support successful rollout and post-production stabilization activities
Project Details:
Primarily remote engagement
Candidates located in or near Central Time Zone preferred
Limited onsite travel to Houston, TX may be requested if needed
Weekday business hours
