Summary

Responsibilities
  • Develop a multi-year applications roadmap across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, HR, Legal, and other functions.
  • Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into scalable processes and technology capabilities.
  • Establish SAP and Veeva Centers of Excellence, including governance, ownership, standards, and support models.
  • Lead the global SAP implementation, including systems integrator selection, process design, delivery, and optimization.
  • Oversee application configuration, integration, validation, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, SOX, privacy, validation, and audit requirements.
  • Build and lead the applications team, manage budgets and external partners, and drive adoption of AI and automation.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of enterprise business applications experience with 5+ years in leadership.
  • Direct experience implementing or supporting SAP in life sciences; S/4HANA preferred.
  • Veeva Vault experience in a regulated life sciences environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Finance processes, including record-to-report, procure-to-pay, and order-to-cash.
  • Experience leading major enterprise implementations and business transformation in pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated environments, ideally during commercial launch or expansion.
  • Strong business partnership, program management, vendor management, and executive stakeholder skills.
