Endpoint Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an Endpoint Engineer to manage enterprise software deployments, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint security using tools like Intune, SCCM/MECM, and other endpoint management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Package, configure, test, and deploy COTS software across enterprise endpoints.
• Manage software deployments using Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, or similar tools.
• Automate software deployment and patching processes.
• Manage Windows OS and third-party application updates.
• Monitor and remediate vulnerabilities using Rapid7, Qualys, Tenable, or Microsoft Defender.
• Troubleshoot software deployment failures, patching issues, and configuration problems.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain endpoint security, compliance policies, and configuration baselines.
• Document deployment procedures, packaging standards, and changes.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service desk teams.

Required Skills (4+ Years)

• Windows 11 administration and updates.
• Microsoft Office 365 applications and updates.
• Endpoint Management Systems (Intune, SCCM/MECM, or equivalent).
• Workstation Imaging Solutions.
• IT Service Management/Ticketing Systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently.
