Summary

Requirements
  • 8 or more years of experience in enterprise IT project management for healthcare or government sectors.
  • Proficiency in Medicaid Management Information Systems (MMIS) and provider enrollment platforms.
  • Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps delivery methodologies within the full SDLC.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale system modernization, data migrations, and complex integrations.
  • Experience in managing third-party vendors and coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
  • Experience with PMP-based project governance, RAID logs, and executive-level dashboards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of large-scale technology modernization and transformation initiatives.
  • Oversee technical workstreams and external vendors to ensure delivery within defined scope and budget.
  • Define and document technical and operational requirements in partnership with scrum teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage project timelines, risk logs, and interdependency mapping to ensure on-time software deployment.
  • Create executive-level status reports, decision documents, and monitoring controls for steering committees.
  • Coordinate system testing and post-deployment stabilization efforts between business and technical teams.
  • Mentor internal personnel on project management best practices to facilitate long-term knowledge transfer.
