Job Description: Program Analyst

Location-Remote

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Program Analyst to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of business and technology programs. The ideal candidate will analyze program performance, coordinate with cross-functional teams, prepare reports, and help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze program objectives, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Gather, document, and evaluate business and technical requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project managers, business teams, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Track program milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and recommend operational efficiencies.
  • Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and action items.
  • Assist with change management, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project governance standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare meaningful reports.
  • Understanding of project lifecycle and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Knowledge of reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • PMP, CAPM, Agile, or related certifications are an advantage.
