Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead React Developer to design, develop, and lead the delivery of modern web applications using React.js. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, high-performance frontend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of web applications using React.js.
Architect scalable, reusable, and maintainable frontend solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams.
Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best development practices.
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Develop reusable components and frontend libraries.
Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Mentor junior and mid-level developers and provide technical guidance.
Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical discussions.
Troubleshoot production issues and support application deployments.
Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, Redux, Hooks, and component-based architecture.
Experience with frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
