Troubleshoot live issues, optimize performance, handle data migrations, and ensure security/compliance.
Lead client workshops, train end-users, document solutions, and provide ongoing support.
Collaborate with internal product/engineering teams to relay feedback and influence improvements.
Act as the trusted technical advisor, driving adoption and identifying expansion opportunities.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of total experience in the software engineering, deployment, or solutions experience (varies by level).
3+ years of experience in Solution architecture, and design
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with travel readiness.
