Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support/Desktop & End User Support Professional to provide advanced technical support and administration across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, cloud security, networking, and enterprise support operations.

Mandatory Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes, including at least 5 years in a lead capacity.

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in IT support roles, specifically within Tier 2 and Tier 3 service desk environments.

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including:

  • User Licensing Management

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Intune

  • Exchange Online

  • SharePoint

  • OneDrive

  • Microsoft Bookings

  • Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)

Additional Required Experience

• 7+ years of experience with ticketing systems such as SolarWinds Samanage or similar platforms.

• 7+ years of experience in patch management, including assessment, scheduling, deployment, and verification across enterprise systems.

• 7+ years of experience in cloud security principles and practices, including:

  • Secure configurations

  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)

  • Data protection

• 7+ years of experience with the Prisma Suite, including:

  • Prisma Cloud

  • Prisma Access

  • Related Prisma components

• 7+ years of networking experience with strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.

• 7+ years of experience working with security tools such as:

  • SIEM platforms

  • Threat detection systems

  • Incident response tools

• 7+ years of scripting and automation experience using languages such as:

  • Python

  • Bash

• 7+ years of experience in compliance and governance, including knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and cloud governance best practices.

• 7+ years of integration experience, including:

  • Integrating Prisma solutions with enterprise security tools

  • API management for automation and data exchange

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale environments
