Job description
We are looking for a motivated Associate Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is perfect for entry level candidates or individuals starting their careers in business analysis, data analysis, and process improvement.
As an Associate Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and support the implementation of technology solutions.
Responsibilities
•Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements
• Support preparation of business requirement documents
• Analyse business processes and workflows
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Support project documentation and reporting
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Basic understanding of business analysis concepts
• Ability to document requirements clearly and accurately
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, SQL, or Power BI is a plus
• Knowledge of Agile or SDLC methodology is a plus
