Senior Salesforce Developer

AgreeYa is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a high-performing enterprise engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce development experience and a strong background in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting scalable Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce platform engineering, enterprise integrations and platform modernization initiatives. The candidate will serve as a senior technical contributor, driving architecture discussions, mentoring team members, and ensuring engineering excellence across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.
• Lead technical design discussions and recommend scalable solutions balancing declarative and custom development approaches.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce security, sharing model, governor limits, transaction management, and platform performance.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform reliability and operational excellence.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation guidelines.
• Mentor junior developers and promote scalable engineering practices across the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10 years of hands-on Salesforce platform development and engineering experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, Platform Events, and asynchronous processing.
• Extensive experience developing enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support experience.
• Experience participating in architecture discussions and making sound technical design decisions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.

Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
