ERP/CRM Consultant

Description

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Consultant to provide experienced leadership for an ongoing enterprise system rollout in Grain Valley, Missouri. This Long-term Contract opportunity is suited for a detail-oriented individual who can evaluate project status, bring clarity to outstanding issues, and align business teams around a practical path to completion. The consultant will work closely with operational and financial stakeholders to strengthen system readiness, improve adoption, and support a successful implementation outcome.

Responsibilities:
Lead an active ERP implementation by establishing priorities, creating structure, and driving the project toward a successful completion.
Review the current phase of the rollout, identify operational or project risks, and recommend practical actions to resolve gaps.
Partner with teams across finance, manufacturing, operations, and executive leadership to maintain alignment on objectives and timelines.
Support data conversion activities by helping validate readiness, improve accuracy, and coordinate issue resolution.
Prepare the organization for system adoption by developing and guiding functional training efforts once the platform is stable.
Serve as the primary point of coordination between internal business stakeholders and the external ERP vendor.
Monitor implementation progress and communicate status updates, dependencies, and decisions to key stakeholders.
Assist with solution readiness efforts related to process execution, testing, and overall deployment preparedness.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience leading ERP implementation, stabilization, or recovery initiatives.
Strong understanding of financial and accounting workflows within enterprise systems.
Technofunctional background with the ability to bridge business needs and system capabilities.
Proven ability to lead complex projects in environments without a dedicated internal IT or ERP team.
Experience working with manufacturing organizations or within regulated industry settings.
Background in cloud ERP platforms and enterprise solution delivery.
Capability to manage cross-functional projects involving multiple business units and stakeholders.
Experience with Masterplan ERP is preferred but not required.
