Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst with solid SAP or SuccessFactors experience for integrations. Dayforce expertise is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will lead Human Capital Management (HCM) integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality between SAP, SuccessFactors, Dayforce, Snowflake, and external benefits vendors. This hybrid role requires candidates to work one week remotely and one week in the office.
Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and configuration of HCM solutions.
- Gather and analyze client requirements to design effective integration solutions.
- Develop and maintain integration processes using approved tools and methodologies.
- Work with XML imports and exports to facilitate data integration.
- Utilize API knowledge to develop and maintain integrations with various systems.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure successful data migration and system integration.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration issues.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on HCM functionality.
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Qualifications: - 5+ years of directly related experience.
- Proven experience with HCM implementations and integration.
- Strong knowledge of integration tools and technologies.
- Experience with integrating HCM with various systems, including Equifax, Concur, SAP, Voya, UBS, Anthem/EyeMed/MetLife, SuccessFactors/Dayforce, PAC, Benevity, UNUM, Alight, Inspira, Mercer, and Credit Union.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Minimum of High School Diploma/Equivalency required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Mathematics preferred.
- Preference for prior experience in a regulated industry or utilities.

Pay Range: $65 - $68/hr. W2
