Must Have Skills / Requirements
1) Product operations experience
a. 5+ years of experience; intake, prioritization, roadmap planning
2) Strong partnership with engineering + comfort writing clear requirements
a. 5+ years of experience
3) Structured documentation experience
a. 5+ years of experience; PRFAQs, PRDs, user stories, problem statements
4) Analytical fluency experience
a. 5+ years of experience; read user data, identify patterns, shape opportunities

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements
1) Experience with content heavy consumer products
2) Search/discovery or metadata driven product experience
3) Experience working with editorial or content teams

Soft Skills:
1) Proven experience managing digital products, large scale consumer experiences, or multi-platform applications.
2) Comfort partnering with engineering and technical teams; ability to quickly learn business processes and technical constraints.
3) Strong organizational and communication skills you bring clarity, drive alignment, and turn ambiguity into actionable next steps.
