Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Mainframe and .NET modernization initiatives, including Proof of Concepts (POCs) using AI/LLM-assisted methodologies.
- Perform legacy code analysis, reverse engineering, refactoring, and automated code transformation for modernization projects.
- Work with legacy mainframe technologies and support migration to modern platforms such as Java and Informatica.
- Implement automation-driven modernization strategies to accelerate legacy application transformation.
- 7+ years of experience in .NET, Mainframe systems, and LLM-assisted code transformation/modernization with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

- Financial services
- Must Have: 3+ Years of Mainframe and .NET modernization experience
- 8+ years of total software development experience
- 5+ years of JAVA/.NET
- 2+ years of Mainframe.
